24XX: BREACH

BREACH is my first submission to Jason Tocci’s 24XX game jam over at itch.io. His 2400 series of microgames are one-page rpgs that range from psionic thriller to cyberpunk to space horror, and I appreciate this small format.

He’s used Creative Commons art by BEEPLE on all his covers, and I continued the trend. Finding the right image has been a fun challenge for me.

HYPERSPACE IS A BACK DOOR THROUGH HELL, and still the desperate line up for the Company jumpships. You were one of them, back before Hell spat you back out. Now when a jump goes bad, you go in. Breach the derelict, identify the incursion, eliminate the threat, and hope to hell the money’s good.

[…] BANDIT is my second submission to Jason Tocci’s 24XX game jam. It was actually my first idea, but 1) I couldn’t find a good BEEPLE image and 2) the ones I did find first inspired me to make BREACH. […]
